ברוכים הבאים לאתר KEDMA.
השימוש באתר, הגלישה בו וביצוע רכישה דרכו כפופים לתנאי השימוש המפורטים להלן. בעצם השימוש באתר או ביצוע הזמנה, אתם מאשרים שקראתם, הבנתם והסכמתם לתנאים אלו.

מידע כללי

האתר מופעל על ידי KEDMA ומיועד למכירת שעונים ואביזרים נלווים.

המונחים “אנחנו”, “שלנו” או “החנות” מתייחסים ל־KEDMA.
המונחים “אתם”, “הלקוח” או “המשתמש” מתייחסים לכל אדם הגולש באתר או מבצע רכישה.

שימוש באתר

השימוש באתר מותר למטרות חוקיות בלבד.

ביצוע הזמנות

בעת ביצוע הזמנה, הלקוח מתחייב למסור פרטים נכונים, מלאים ועדכניים, כולל שם, כתובת, מספר טלפון, כתובת אימייל ופרטי תשלום.

הזמנה תיחשב כמאושרת רק לאחר קבלת אישור תשלום ואישור הזמנה מהמערכת.

אנו רשאים לסרב לקבל הזמנה או לבטל הזמנה במקרים כגון חוסר מלאי, פרטים שגויים, חשד לשימוש לרעה, טעות במחיר או כל סיבה סבירה אחרת.

תשלום

התשלום באתר מתבצע באמצעי התשלום הזמינים בעמוד התשלום.

במקרה של תשלום באמצעות העברה בנקאית, ההזמנה תטופל רק לאחר קבלת התשלום בפועל ואישורו.
אם התשלום לא יושלם בתוך הזמן שצוין בהוראות התשלום, אנו רשאים לבטל את ההזמנה.

משלוחים

המשלוחים מתבצעים בישראל בלבד, אלא אם צוין אחרת באתר.

זמני המשלוח המוצגים באתר הם הערכה בלבד ועשויים להשתנות עקב עומסים, עיכובים של חברת שילוח, חגים, מצבי חירום או נסיבות שאינן בשליטתנו.

הלקוח אחראי למסור כתובת משלוח מדויקת ומלאה.
במקרה של עיכוב או אי מסירה עקב פרטים שגויים שנמסרו על ידי הלקוח, האחריות תחול על הלקוח.

החזרות, ביטולים והחזרים כספיים

החזרות ובקשות להחזר כספי כפופות ל־Return & Refund Policy | מדיניות החזרות והחזרים של החנות.

ניתן לעיין במדיניות ההחזרות באתר לקבלת פרטים מלאים לגבי תקופת החזרה, תנאי החזרה, משלוח החזרה והחזרים כספיים.

אחריות מוצר
